Shipping Info

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

  • Standard Delivery – $10.00
  • Express Delivery  – $15.00 

Free standard delivery for all Australian domestic orders above $100AUD. 

This will be automatically applied at checkout, no code is required.

Your order will be delivered through Australia Post eParcel in most cases The delivery time to your destination will vary according to your postcode.

Please ensure your postal information is accurate, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Notify us immediately if there is an error before your item is shipped. Once shipped, it is beyond our control.

Free standard delivery for all NZ orders above 150AUD. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Shipping is available for selected countries. Shipping rates are determined by destination and total order weight.

International shipping ranges between $25AUD - $50AUD (dependent on the weight of the order).

Refund and Exchange

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We understand if you’ve changed your mind and need to request a refund or exchange.

Before proceeding, please note that return postage costs are your responsibility and must be sent via a tracked or insured service. We cannot be held accountable for lost packages.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Exchanges are not guaranteed and will be subject to review. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@crinkly.co with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Full name and contact number
  • Items to be refunded/exchanged
  • Reason for refund/exchange

We will accept the return if:

  • The item is unworn/unused and in its original packaging
  • You email us within 5 business days of receiving your order
  • You ship the items back within 5 business days after receiving our confirmation

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. You have 7 business days to report faulty products, and we will replace the item free of charge, covering all shipping costs.

♡ Once we have received and processed your return, we will provide you a refund within 3-7 business days. The refund WILL NOT INCLUDE THE SHIPPING COSTS.

♡ PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please note, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
